Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your GEORGIA WOLFF purchase we are happy for you to return your item(s) for a full refund, store credit or exchange within seven days. If your items are damaged or faulty you will receive a full refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds will not be processed for sale items.
All returns and exchanges must be within seven days of receipt of your items and must be returned in the exact condition you received them in. No refunds or exchanges will be processed if the items have been worn, washed or altered and must be returned with all tags still intact.

GEORGIA WOLFF will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returns unless the items you have received are faulty or damaged. No store credits or exchanges will be processed until the items have been received at our head office.
Please contact GEORGIA WOLFF at any time with questions. While we endeavour to keep stock levels up to date on the website, if we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 48 hours to arrange either a backorder or refund.
